Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds to the original payment method.

Exchange (Size Only)

• Exchanges are available only for size issues.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• A ₹250 exchange fee will be charged per exchange order.
• Exchanges are allowed once per order.

Note: Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Credit Note (Limited Cases)

A credit note (valid for 30 days) will be issued only if:

• The order is lost in transit, or

• The product is damaged upon delivery (unboxing video required)

Important

• Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong product claims

• No exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind

• If your pincode is non-serviceable, you’ll need to self-ship the product
